Tolles, modernes Hotel in Rüsselsheim! Die Zimmer sind sauber, bequem und haben sogar einen Balkon – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!

Leckeres Frühstück, moderne Zimmer. Service im Problemfall nicht vorhanden. Anfragen per E-Mail werden zum Teil ignoriert oder Tage später beantwortet, wenn die Übernachtung schon stattgefunden hat. Trotz mehrfacher Anfrage, konnte keine Rechnungslegung nach einer Änderung erfolgen.

Das Hotel ist von innen deutlich ansprechender als von außen. Nicht das gesamte Gebäude gehört zum Hotel.

Ich fühlte mich sehr gut untergebracht. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Betten sehr gut. Und im Bad ist es funktionell optimiert eingerichtet.

Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen, lediglich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es etwas kompliziert zu erreichen.

Aangekomen in de kamer was de kamer koud en zelfs onder vriespunt. Volgende dag dit doorgegeven aan de balie en de volgende avond was het sauna waardoor wij niet konden slapen. Aangegeven bij de balie geen maatregelen genomen. Volgende dag konden wij niet douchen in de kamer. Weer bij de balie geweest er waren werkzaamheden wat niet was aangekondigd. We zijn zo snel mogelijk uitgecheckt zonder te douchen. En weer was er bij de balie niemand die fatsoenlijk Engels kon spreken.

Spacious rooms and thoughtful touches make this hotel a decent budget-friendly option, but a few shortcomings might leave you wanting more. I stayed at this hotel in July 2023, and while there were some positives, a few issues left room for improvement.

First, the room offered a lot of space for the price, which was a pleasant surprise. It felt like an old apartment that had been converted into a hotel, and the layout included a cozy corner with a couch and small table — perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.

The beds were comfortable, and the complimentary mineral water upon check-in was a nice touch. One standout feature was the massive TV, the largest we’ve seen in a hotel, complete with an excellent selection of channels in multiple languages and great signal quality. There was also an abundance of wall outlets — I counted over ten! So there’s no fighting over who gets to charge their devices first. Free parking was available across the hotel on the public road, although spots were limited and often full during our stay.

However, there were several drawbacks that dampened the experience. Although the hotel enforces a strict no-smoking policy, it was clear the previous guest(s) had ignored this rule. The room smelled faintly of smoke, and the balcony was littered with old cigarette butts. This made the balcony feel less appealing and raised concerns about cleanliness and enforcement of hotel policies.

The room design also left a lot to be desired. There was an extra door connecting to the neighboring room, which was locked but didn’t provide a strong sense of privacy or security. Making matters worse, the balcony allowed easy access between rooms.

Another issue was the advertised air conditioning: it simply didn’t seem to work. We tried using the old analog thermostat and set it to "cool" mode at the lowest temperature, but all we got was a faintly cool breeze from the vents. It did nothing to actually cool down the room, even after several hours. Keep in mind, during our stay, the temperature reached up to 30°C, making this especially uncomfortable.

The bathroom was another pain point, mainly due to the poorly designed shower. Water spilled all over the floor during use, and with no proper drainage or additional gutter, we had to mop up the excess water with extra towels. A simple shower curtain could have solved this issue.

On top of that, a few smaller annoyances added up: there was no hair dryer or toilet paper holder, and one of the bedside lights was defective.

Overall, this hotel has potential with its spacious rooms, comfy beds, and thoughtful touches like the complimentary water and well-equipped TV setup. However, the lack of attention to detail and several design flaws made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.

For its value, it’s a decent option for a short overnight stay. Just don’t expect all the comfort features of a typical hotel.

Bardzo czysty i wygodny hotel z bardzo smaczną ofertą śniadaniową. Na plus zasługuje przyjazne podejście do zwierząt. Minusem jest fatalna lokalizacja i trudność w znalezieniu hotelu, który z zewnątz hotelu nie przypomina. Dojazd pod recepcję autokarem turystycznym też jest karkołomny z powodu ustawionych niefortunnie kamieni.

Отличное место для жизни ауслендерам из украины. Уютные номера. Тихо и спокойно.
Везде подерживается порядок. Единственный минус нет развлекалок: тенниса и бильярда.
